Jovanna Butler is a master artist whose passion and expertise are in the art of eyebrows. Why eyebrows? Ms. Butler has this to say about her craft, “Eyebrows are the framework for creating structure for the face. The challenge of enhancing a person’s beauty by focusing on the eyebrows is a thrill – eyebrows chose me.” 
 

She has advanced her craft through the years through education in advanced skin care studies and received several dermalogica certifications in waxing and skin. 

Known as “The Brow Expert,” JoVanna was a featured in the Slave to Fashion series for Billie Blunt Magazine in 2013. Through hard work, craftsmanship, commitment to customer service, and a strong clientele, JoVanna branched out and became a thriving entrepreneur. After showcasing her talents the following year at the Delaware Naturally Redefined Expose, JoVanna launched Brows by JoVanna in 2015. This accomplishment was a testament to her strong faith, the belief in herself, and love for all things related to eyebrows. 

Continuing education is the cornerstone that supports Ms. Butler’s success and growth. Her commitment to being the best for her customers is the driving force behind her expansion. JoVanna has traveled between the East and West coasts studying with some of the industry’s leading brands. Her latest certifications were earned from companies such as Everlasting Brows (Los Angeles) and Sleek Brows Building and Sculpting (New York). JoVanna is also dedicated to her local community. In 2016, she accepted the invite to perform brow and make-up artistry for the Delaware Fashion Week and Delaware Fashion Week Top Model. 

Brows by JoVannaTM expanded this year with the opening of the Brow Studio this past spring. In addition to many exclusive services, she has begun the art of microblading with much success. In 2017, Ms. Butler opened the Brow Studio for customized Brow Design. Driven by her passion for excellence, JoVanna will continue to “create a meaningful experience” for all of her customers through the “redesign and reconstruction of the brow…”
